BTIG is seeking a Data Administrator to ensure data integrity and accessibility across multiple systems, supporting critical functions for trading, client engagement, and business development. The role aims to improve existing data processes and potentially integrate new technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data administration, data management, or an operations support role
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Proficiency with databases and reporting tools preferred (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal databases, records, and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of client, trade, and operational data
- Import, validate, and clean data from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and resolving data quality issues
- Develop and maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures
- Prepare reports for business leaders, compliance, and client service teams
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and sales teams on data-related initiatives and troubleshooting
- Support data migrations and assist in the onboarding/offboarding of systems and users
- Help implement improvements to data workflows and automate repetitive processes
