Requirements
- Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills with solid business acumen

Responsibilities
- Build and execute a rhythm of the business that forecasts organization-wide events and community plans for leaders
- Drive strategic internal initiatives and ensure progress on priority work streams, build decision-making frameworks, and deliverables
- Operate as the subject matter expert for headcount management, ensuring resources are deployed in priority areas
- In partnership with recruiting, build a hiring and communications strategy that streamlines hiring practices and accelerates hiring velocity
- Establish a review structure for high-priority workstreams, ensuring cadence, pre-reviewed coaching, action item tracking, and outcome dissemination
- Draft internal communications on behalf of leaders, including long-form posts and live presentations
- Manage strategic planning processes, establish annual organizational objectives, key results, and resource plans
Other
- 12+ years of experience in program management, project management, strategy, management consulting, or operations
- 2+ years of experience supporting VP or director-level leaders as a program manager or Chief of Staff
- Travel up to 10-15% of the time
- Highly organized, experienced in project management, willing to shift seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks
- Detail-oriented, operationally minded professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and interact with all levels of the organization
