Support the Global Manufacturing GA and ARC Directors in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.) on a team of business planners
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience related to Manufacturing or Engineering processes, project management, or business operations
- Proven ability to articulate visionary concepts effectively and communicate professionally and concisely to all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated project and process management and prowess
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Experience related to vehicle manufacturing, vehicle assembly, robotics, automation, or GM launch processes
- Experiencing managing a budget including forecasting
Responsibilities
- Support the business planning strategy including the Business Plan Deployment (BPD) and internal business processes for the organization
- Track the execution of strategic initiatives versus the business plan.
- Analyze key operating metrics such as Manufacturing Cost Per Unit (MCPU)
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
- Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
- Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including all ME Centers, ARC, manufacturing, engineering and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations

- The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis.
- This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
