Requirements
- Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript)
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
- Understanding and experience working with source code management, testing, and CI/CD processes and tools such as Github and Jenkins
- A passion for engineering excellence; a desire to empower and collaborate with your teammates; a willingness to learn; and adaptability to new and changing requirements
- Ability and desire to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns
- Experience with automation and testing
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
Responsibilities
- Developing, testing, delivery, and support of the workflows that drive our clients’ interactions on the Fidelity Private Shares platform
- Researching and developing new growth opportunities to expand on the strengths of the core technology
- Working closely with technical leads and product managers to support our customers and inform the product
- Applying automation and tests to make sure code is robust as possible
- Learning and experimenting with new technologies and patterns
- Building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production
- Understanding and experience working with source code management, testing, and CI/CD processes and tools

- Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
