Johnson & Johnson is looking to establish a robust model for developing business representatives and subject matter experts for non-medicinal products in the area of Labeling, aiming to accelerate, improve, and optimize alignment with Health Authority requirements and regulatory best practices.
Requirements
- Mastery within regulatory affairs and advanced understanding across and outside of regulatory affairs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into information, and strategies into actionable plans.
- Experience leading strategic product initiatives and managing complex projects.
- Background in product/project management preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to be detail-oriented and while communicating top down at all levels
- Focuses on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast mindset, & measurable outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall vision, strategy, and OKRs for products, aligning them with business objectives and opportunities.
- Identify and analyze unmet customer needs, evaluate the competitive landscape, and collaborate with team members to shape strategies for solving key problems and delivering innovative solutions.
- Set priorities, shape the product backlog, and guide the translation of requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, leveraging business expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Define and track meaningful metrics throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business value realization, including monitoring end user KPIs and product performance.
- Take ownership of intake commitments, roadmap development, and the overall quality of work products produced by the product teams.
- Act as an influential decision-maker in cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, and resolution of roadblocks to drive alignment and progress across teams.
- Provide strategic guidance in shaping team vision, setting roadmaps, and leading teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business value.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific or technical discipline, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required.
