TDS Telecom is looking to solve the problem of gathering and outputting data from various systems to enable data-driven decisions made by leadership across the organization.
Requirements
- 1+ semester(s) of programming coursework -OR- 1+ semester(s) of web programming coursework
- 1+ semesters(s) of relational database coursework
- Experience with specific Business Intelligence tools – SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and/or SAP Business Object
- Database development experience
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Access, and Excel
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Desire to learn new software tools and is a proven self-starter
Responsibilities
- Design automated reports and metrics to summarize and analyze data.
- Help architect solutions through research, design, coding and testing that aggregate information from multiple data systems to support data-driven decision making.
- Support information gathering sessions with business process owners to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Assist project leads and provide technical guidance for the design, development, and implementation of customer centric solutions.
- Develop dynamic web products that deliver content to audiences throughout the organization.
- Design, implement and maintain Tableau dashboards, graphics, forms, and workflow solutions hosted on the TDS Telecom Intranet.
- Use tools and languages such as: SQL, Python, and other analytical tools and technologies.
Other
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week during core business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Must be able to work remotely from a home office in Madison, WI.
