Crowe is seeking a Business Strategist to align client business strategies with Crowe's data and analytics solutions, identify strategic value drivers, and provide valuable business insights through metrics and analytics to help clients achieve their objectives.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity in budgeting and forecasting.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data initiatives
- Analyze source systems and to understand if current data sets will support client goals and objectives, and make recommendations to close the gaps where misalignment exists
- Analyze data sets to understand what insights can be achieved to best inform business decisions and strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights to clients
- Track team assignments and deliverables to ensure project goals and expectations are met
- Help lead client data management (people, process, and technology)
- Help lead and execute complex data projects
Other
- Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ Years of Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years of Consulting experience
- Experience in a specific industry is a plus.
- Willing to travel, likely around 30%.
