Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is looking to empower customers to accelerate business value through AI-powered solutions. The AI Business Solutions – Customer Success team needs Data Analysts to lead data strategy and execution for Microsoft 365 Suites & Cloud & AI Endpoints and Microsoft 365 Copilot businesses, focusing on architecting and optimizing data funnels to monitor, measure, and drive performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence or Business and Financial Analysis
- 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
- 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize data funnels that monitor, measure, and drive performance
- Apply AI to shape the future of customer success
- Lead end-to-end data strategy and execution for the Microsoft 365 Suites & Cloud & AI Endpoints and Microsoft 365 Copilot businesses
- Drive success by partnering closely across the AI Business Solutions Customer Success Team, working with the Field Enablement, Business Architecture and Usage Excellence teams
- Work with key partner organizations including the Specialist Sales Team (STU), Finance Leads, Data Science, AI Business Solutions Marketing, Engineering and FastTrack
- Understand key levers for growth, how they relate to the data and be able to prioritize which levers to pull to drive highest ROI
- Take data, field feedback and partner feedback and synthesize into a simple story for executives to understand through forums such as the Monthly Business Review
Other
- Conducts market-based research on industry across TAM growth, customer demand and competitive trends.
- Synthesizes findings into Go to Market plan and other strategic projects.
- Communicates and advocates strategy and insights to senior business leaders (e.g., Senior Directors, GM-level, CVP) and conveys viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks.
