Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, with exposure to data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured datasets into actionable insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating organizational structures
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization
- Experience with data management and data quality control
Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-visibility initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and support business operations that are foundational to GWM's daily decision-making
- Drive strategic priorities by supporting business-critical data and technology projects, implementing process enhancements, and contributing to senior stakeholder communications
- Validate the integrity of client, flow, and asset data that underpins GWM's reporting infrastructure and informs decisions across distribution, product, and leadership teams
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and work with data and technology partners to bring those plans to life
- Synthesize structured and unstructured datasets into actionable insights
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to execute solutions
- Support business operations and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used to measure performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategy
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or other technical discipline
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and navigate organizational structures
