Iridium is looking to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of business-critical systems by providing technical support and troubleshooting for their business systems and applications.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with business applications (e.g., ERP, HR, and PPM systems)
- Hands on experience with business system integrations, APIs, and data management tools
- Experience with SQL, databases, and reporting tools, such as PowerBI
- Ability to perform SQL querying to extract data and understand output for data analysis
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for Iridium’s business applications
- Work on service requests, including creating and updating all tickets in ticketing software
- Assist with the administration, configuration, and maintenance of company software
- Support the creation and maintenance of integrations between systems
- Execute on new reporting requests
- Play a role in change management processes and controls, adhering to SOX compliance requirements
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience with software applications and systems or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over your work
- Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge
- Willingness to work after hours as needed, up to 15% of the time, for critical support and scheduled system changes
- Work a hybrid schedule that includes 3 days in office and 2 days from home
