Bright Horizons is looking for a resource to partner with various teams to design, build, deploy, and support client-facing transactional systems, focusing on engineering, design, and application optimization.
Requirements
- Technology includes.NET, SQL Server, SSIS, Legion, JRNI, MobilEngine, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL server and ability to conduct SQL queries against relational databases
- Working knowledge of information systems, infrastructure, and operational systems in place for a corporate business environment (e.g., ADFS, Azure, Okta, SSL, SSO, etc)
- Familiarity with workforce management and scheduling software solutions desired (e.g., Workday, Workforce, Legion, Humanity, etc)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems/software.
- Good knowledge on project planning and sprint models
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies
Responsibilities
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
- Systems Analysis: specifically application, integration and reporting design and analysis of platform integrity.
- Systems Evaluation: identify metrics and indicators of system performance and actions necessary for remediation.
- Code analysis: Execute tools and evaluate results to ensure code integrity and minimize security risk.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to identify, report or clarify data issues
- Develop flow diagrams on the systems process.
- Develop and document business requirements through a variety of means such as, but not limited to user interviews, surveys, workflow reviews, research on industry best practices, and user workshops.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of related work experience
