Pepsi Bottling Ventures needs to configure, code, test, and implement technology systems to support their roadmap, troubleshoot and resolve product issues, and partner with business stakeholders to develop analytical solutions for key decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL Databases and ability to write/run SQL queries.
  • Experience working with business functions to understand and translate analytical requirements to functional and technical specifications.
  • 2+ years’ experience in technology and software development processes
  • 2+ years’ experience in supporting business applications.
  • Functional configuration experience in one of the following: SAP/other ERP software and/or Salesforce/other CRM software.
  • Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configures, codes, tests, and implements technology systems supporting the roadmap as determined by the Product Owner.
  • Configures/codes technology systems and ensures appropriate systems integration with dependent solutions; creates technical specifications when handing off to other technology resources for development; ensures all configuration, development and integrations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment.
  • Provides operational support to troubleshoot, identifies root cause, and resolves product issues.
  • Maintains and upgrades existing technology systems.
  • Works with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provides resolution.
  • Works to understand the business processes supported by technology systems.
  • Ability to document functional and technical specifications.

Other

  • Works closely with cross functional team members to ensure solutions are implemented using an Agile mindset and supports consistent incremental delivery of a Minimum Viable Product.
  • Partners with business stakeholders to develop analytical solutions to inform key decisions guiding business performance management.
  • Collaborates with Product Owner, Product Manager, and other SME’s to identify and document business training materials.
  • 2+ years’ business systems analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment preferred.
  • Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
