enGen is looking to solve the problem of managing and supporting the application product life cycle within a specific sub-product scope by hiring an Application Support Analyst.
Requirements
- Understanding of SDLC and application product lifecycle management
- Experience in IS/IT
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
- Ability to work effectively in Agile environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, software engineers, architects, and capability managers to gather and define capability needs, translating them into detailed requirements and specifications.
- Create and maintain project deliverables, including business vision documents, requirements, and user interface designs tailored to various clients.
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle, including roles such as Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, UI Designer, Capability Manager, or Tester, depending on project needs.
- Support requirements testing by developing test plans, scenarios, and documentation, and managing defect resolution to minimize production issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors by conducting requirement walkthroughs, sprint reviews, and status reporting.
- Assist in root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans for identified issues.
- Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects, and issues proactively to maintain project integrity.
