Skyworks is looking for a Business Systems Analyst Co-Op to join their team from January to June 2026 to learn business processes, engage with business users, and quickly adapt to new technologies.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in documentation and technical writing.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based systems, SQL, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Exposure to the semiconductor industry or High-tech manufacturing
- Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or related fields
- Especially past exposure to any PLM tools and/or Salesforce-based platforms
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business systems and processes.
- Assist in defining test plans and performing testing.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Gain hands-on experience with new technologies to facilitate meaningful discussions and solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, systems, and requirements.
