Responsibilities
Builds and maintains business systems using Agile principles and processes
Evaluates requests for changes to the system, provides routine system maintenance, documents system processes and procedures, suggests system improvements, and makes daily decisions involving direct application of technical knowledge to system issues
Typically works on moderately complex and smaller, less defined solutions to assess and refine user stories, collaborate with scrum teams and product owners on solutions, develop test plans, conduct testing, and implement systems and system improvements
Voices customer requirements into user stories using Agile tools
Assists product and service owners in communicating changes to business systems
Contributes to development of business cases for improving and/or developing systems
Establishes standard procedures to ensure business systems are executed at an acceptable level of quality

Bachelor's Degree Emphasis in business administration, information systems, or related area Preferred
3 years of related experience
Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively when multiple priorities and timelines exist
