Requirements

• Experience manufacturing processes and SF implementations
• Proficient on documenting business requirements, scope of work, process diagrams, etc.
• Familiar with manufacturing environments, and ERP/SFC/MES solutions.
• Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle, Agile/Scrum methodology, Test Plans, User Acceptance Tests.
• Ability to create Gantt charts/ project management / timelines.
• Technical knowledge on SQL queries, SW Design tools, MS Visio
• Knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, others) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts business process analyses and assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives at the regional level, working with multiple sites and customers.
• Confer with organizational units to gather user requirements, and to develop and deliver detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems.
• Documentation of enhancements, bug fixes, knowledge based articles and wiki updates on a daily basis

• May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• May provide region wide solutions to complex problems and customer requests
• May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
• May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
• Fluent in English language
