Requirements
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, software development methodologies, transforming business processes with AI tools, and integration technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in SQL, Javascript, or similar coding languages
- Experience building or maintaining RAG or other AI-enhanced applications
- Experience with automated evaluation and testing of LLM powered workflows
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Gainisight, Zendesk, Retool, and Customer.io
- Experience with architectural decisions, especially around model integration, orchestration, and performance
Responsibilities
- Own the management, maintenance, and enhancements for Parachute's internal business systems
- Develop and design comprehensive business solutions that integrate with existing systems and processes
- Build and maintain production-grade applications, particularly around retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI features that improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and oversight during the implementation of solutions
- Create detailed architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and implementation plans
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and strategy
