Lexington Medical is seeking a Business Systems & Data Analyst to take ownership of company-wide data, providing critical insights and tools that drive business decisions. The role will involve designing and owning the data infrastructure from the ground up, shaping how business insights and technology intersect across a high-growth medical device company.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and reporting solutions.
- Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Support the development and deployment of AI-driven tools and analytics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and reports.
Other
- Ph.D. in a STEM-related field, with strong experience conducting data analysis and a desire to transition into an industry role; or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
