Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Director to lead their Data Center & Cloud Infrastructure (DCI) business segment, aiming to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for a global customer base focused on mechanical and electrical systems within data center environments.

- Strong technical background in thermal, mechanical, power, and cooling systems, or other applicable infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in thermal, mechanical, and power systems relevant to data center infrastructure.
- Support facility setup, readiness, and ongoing production across multiple Jabil sites.
- Ensure operational delivery meets or exceeds SLA commitments, driving continuous improvement.
Other
- Own full P&L accountability for a multi-site, global customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive organic growth.
- Lead customer acquisition efforts, targeting expansion within the DCI segment.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for key accounts, managing high-level relationships and strategic roadmaps.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure alignment with customer expectations and SLAs.
- Negotiate and manage complex contracts and service agreements.
- Define and build a high-performing business unit team structure.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to support customer and business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs in the data center and cloud infrastructure space.
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies and product offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business operations and management of cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of direct people management experience preferred.
