Anduril Industries is seeking a Buyer to support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services in a fast-paced, mission-driven defense technology company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.
- Partner with internal teams (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities, etc.) and program teams to align procurement with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
- Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
