Fiserv is looking to transform financial services technology to benefit its clients by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications on their Sustaining Engineering team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Java, C, C, C++, or similar programming languages
- 2+ years of experience in SQL or Oracle databases
- 2+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with GitHub
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
Other
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with web-based development
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
