Advanced Systems Design is seeking two C-Sharp Developers for their client to assist with migrating C-Sharp applications, web applications, and services/APIs from .NET Framework 4.x to .NET 6.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with preference for C-Sharp and .NET
- 1 year of experience writing clean and maintainable C-Sharp code aligned with team guidelines and best practices
- Understanding of software development best practices
- Experience writing SQL statements
Responsibilities
- Participate in conversions/migrations of web applications and web services from .NET Framework to modern .NET platforms, primarily using C-Sharp
- Rewrite ASP.NET WebForms code into Blazor Server applications, using custom frameworks and libraries
- Convert WCF web services into RESTful APIs built on .NET 6 and above, using custom frameworks and libraries
- Adhere to developer guidelines and established coding standards
- Perform functional testing to validate the accuracy and reliability of all code written
- Debug and optimize code to ensure performance and reliability
- Write code to interact with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries

- This position is onsite in Montgomery, AL, and requires in-person availability starting day 1.
