A proprietary program at Boeing is expanding its business and requires additional software engineers to support product development for analysis systems used by combat personnel. The customer is looking to expand product capabilities to support new system fielding and incorporate new technologies, driven by user community recognition.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 1+ years of experience with C-Sharp and .NET
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience in design within a layered software architecture using Object Oriented (OO) Design and Analysis concepts along with OO Design Pattern application is required
- Experience using the aforementioned tools, languages, and techniques to develop applications for Windows based PC applications
- Experience with development using C-Sharp and WPF is strongly desired
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server is desired
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and test software in C-Sharp/Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- Implement new features and enhancements
- Investigate and resolve software problem reports / bugs
- Define software requirements
- Works under general direction
- Automated unit and integration testing are developed in C-Sharp using a custom C-Sharp framework for automated integration testing using UI Automation.
- Qualification testing is manual and is performed on the target PC hardware.

- This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
