The Caboodle ETL Developer role at PIH Health is looking to solve the problem of developing custom import packages to move additional data sets into the Caboodle database, to contribute to reporting needs and improve healthcare data management.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing SQL
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL Server Integration Services
- Demonstrated proficiency in data architecting and data modeling
- Experience with Epic's Clarity and Caboodle data models
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and reporting needs
- Experience with SSRS and other visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc)
- Certified in Epic Clarity Data Model, Epic Caboodle Data Model, or Epic Caboodle Development (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develops custom import packages to move additional data sets into the Caboodle database
- Writes SQL queries to extract and transform data
- Designs and develops ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services
- Architects and models data to meet reporting needs
- Troubleshoots technical issues and resolves problems
- Develops and maintains data pipelines and data visualization tools
- Collaborates with Epic counterparts to integrate data from Epic systems
