NCDHHS is seeking a developer to create data migration scripts and build an archive system
Requirements
- Experience with Java and SQL
- Subject matter expertise to Linux O/S and Windows
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with Intersystems Cache Database and ETL for data archive processes
- Experience with Websphere Application Server
- SDLC Processes
- Experience with Java, HMTL, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI
Responsibilities
- Develop Data Migration pipelines and ArchiveSystem
- Providing technical support for the application and infrastructure
- Providing expertise and guidance for technical needs
- Be able to independently learn, analyze and resolve issues
- Providing technical input as needed to the ITManager
- Reporting statuses to the IT Manager
- Adhering to NCDHHS policies and procedures
Other
- Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done
- Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
- Ability to Work well with the team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter
