Bosch North America's Calibration Engineering group is looking for an intern to support Calibration Tool/Efficiency Development Projects. This involves optimizing engine and vehicle performance through parameter calibration, requiring the development of automated test scripts, data analysis, and simulation tools.
Requirements
- 1+ year academic or industry experience with software languages and operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Creation and programming of automated test scripts
- Data exploration, analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling
- Data mining and pattern recognition
- Software In-the-Loop simulation development and testing
- Support learning and collaboration events (Hack-a-thon, Coding/AI training, etc.)
- Additional support and learning about Calibration Engineer's daily activities (flashing vehicles, analyzing data, validating software and data, etc.)
Other
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, and/or Computer Science with at least one semester completed
- A minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must work 30-40 hours per week
- Valid US driver's license
- Automotive-related hobby and/or experience working with engines or vehicles.
