Requirements
- 2 years of coding experience in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Java, or Python.
- 2 years of Android application development experience.
- Experience with Android system or application development.
- Experience investigating and optimizing performance or stability in software systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of engineers focused on developing novel Android platform software and related technologies for vehicles.
- Learn and develop expertise in automotive and Android technologies, as they relate to camera integrations and applications.
- Design and implement new camera-related features and improvements for the Android Automotive platform.
- Enable image processing-centric solutions on Android Automotive vehicles to meet our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners' needs.
- Pursue efforts for improving image quality in the camera frameworks.
- Work on interfacing Android Automotive apps to vehicle cameras, sensors, location, and digital cockpit controls, paving the way for next-generation perception use-cases on automotive.
- Develop and deliver a leading Assistant-powered, navigation, entertainment, and communication vehicle system.
