The Product Analytics, Product Development, and Product Management teams within GCS are crucial for understanding client behavior, shaping product strategies, and delivering personalized experiences to foster client engagement and drive profitable growth.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the one or more of the following: Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with agile product development or digital servicing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with product development tools or platforms (e.g., Jira, Figma, GitHub).
Responsibilities
- Analyze client behavior and product usage patterns using internal datasets.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools for product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, UX, Marketing) to align on data needs and insights.
- Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build and refine models.
- Support roadmap planning.
- Deliver insights that inform our strategy/initiatives.
Other
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s or Graduate degree program.
- Graduate Degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill down complex concepts or problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- High-intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the changing payments landscape and emerging technologies.
