JLL is looking to hire interns to assist analysts with research, writing, and analysis of property and market information within their Capital Markets division. The goal is to provide support to the team and offer interns valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Requirements
- Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe, InDesign, or Photoshop is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete and present an individual case study that will entail the valuation of a property assigned to the intern.
- Attend daily and weekly in-person training sessions with a Capital Markets team member to learn how to build a 10- year cash flow and value a commercial real estate property.
- Assist with rent rolls, operating expense analysis, tenant profiles, etc.;
- Prepare and write market and location overviews;
- Obtainand analyze market information, such as vacancy rates, net absorption, demographics, traffic counts, sale and lease comparables, etc.;
- Assist in the marketing and due diligence processes;
- Review and summarize leases (lease abstracting);

- Currently enrolled in a college/university, graduating in 2027
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
