Requirements
- Strong backgrounds in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning or related fields are especially valued
- Project management experience is essential for applicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions
- Experience with cutting-edge technology to empower learning
Responsibilities
- Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints
- Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission
- Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on track
- Collaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experience
Other
- A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred) in STEM
- Passion for mentorship, leadership development, and education innovation
- Around 5 hours per week (or more) time commitment
- Flexible scheduling — you choose which students to work with
- Mentors must commit to supporting students through project completion
