Apple is looking for a software engineer to work on new capture and photography experiences for Apple Vision Pro, a revolutionary spatial computer that blends digital content with the physical space, aiming to delight, inspire, and empower millions of people.
Requirements
- 5 + years experience in software development.
- Proficiency in an application programming language, such as C/C++, Objective-C, Swift, etc.
- Experience using Apple development tools and APIs
- Experience with building capture oriented applications
- Familiarity with computer vision techniques and algorithms
- Proof of concept development expertise
- Experience building complex applications that are functional, beautiful and delightful.
Responsibilities
- Define the overall experience of our platforms
- Work closely with Apple's framework teams and Human Interface designers
- Solve incredibly challenging and interesting problems in the AR/VR space
- Create an application that is deeply integrated into our operating systems
- Drive exploration of future products
Other
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for AR/VR technologies and photography
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in iOS development practices
