Apple's Vision Products Group (VPG) is looking to develop exciting new capture and photography experiences for Apple Vision Pro, a revolutionary spatial computer, by solving challenging problems in the AR/VR space.
Requirements
- Proficiency in an application programming language, such as C/C++, Objective-C, Swift, etc.
- Experience using Apple development tools and APIs
- Experience with building capture oriented applications
- Familiarity with computer vision techniques and algorithms
- Proficiency in iOS development practices
- Experience building complex applications that are functional, beautiful and delightful
- Proof of concept development expertise
Responsibilities
- Define the overall experience of our platforms; ultimately impacting the way our customers use our products
- Work closely with Apple's framework teams and Human Interface designers to solve incredibly challenging and interesting problems in the AR/VR space
- Drive exploration of future products that will delight, inspire and empower millions of people
- Create an application that is deeply integrated into our operating systems using internal frameworks and services
- Push the boundaries of what is possible in the AR/VR space
- Develop capture oriented applications
- Solve complex problems in computer vision and machine learning
Other
- 3 + years experience in software development
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for AR/VR technologies and photography
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
