Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels
- Regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail
- Utilize procedures, job aids, training, and available resources to effectively execute tasks and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Conducting accurate and timely testing of marketing creative copy materials submitted by Card and Connected Commerce business partners
- Contributing to the delivery of reliable, consistent, and clear testing results
- Supporting partner business areas by showcasing their success at adhering to various regulatory requirements, guidelines, and targeted processes
Other
- 3+ years of professional experience involving Quality Reviews (QA/QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar analytically focused tasks
- Bachelor’s degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple business areas and at various business levels
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
