Delta Community Credit Union is looking to solve the problem of strategically managing and developing its debit and credit card portfolios and products, as well as associated Courtesy Pay Plus overdraft product and card loyalty rewards program.
Requirements
- Knowledge of payment association and network rules as well as state and federal regulations that affect Credit and Debit Cards
- Proficient in the use of common business software, such as the suite of business software found within Microsoft Office
- Strong aptitude for Data Analysis
- Experience with payment association and network rules
- Knowledge of member behaviors regarding card usage and preferences
- Analyzing large and complex data sets
- Presenting findings and conclusions clearly, effectively and succinctly
Responsibilities
- measuring profitability of each product and related features, including loyalty programs
- maintaining market awareness and competitive positioning
- analyzing and reporting usage and penetration data as well as other key performance indicators
- recommending: product targets, growth strategies, and new products to be offered within this area of responsibility
- completing the required technical documents necessary to initiate new projects or initiatives
- working closely with external business partners and vendors as well as internal departments such as Card Services, IT, VDO, Marketing, Operations, Lending
- understanding key performance indicators for card portfolios and the underlying technical drivers
Other
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
