Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for Product, Test, or Validation Engineers to help assure the quality and performance of their innovative IC products, ensuring they remain competitive and leading in the market. This involves developing strategies for profitability targets, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strong communication with manufacturing sites.

- Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
- Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills
Responsibilities
- Work with TI teams, customers and external partners around the world to design, build, qualify and support our industry-leading analog and embedded processing products.
- From test software and hardware development, product debugging and test optimization – you help ensure our products are consistently competitive and leading in the market.
- support the development and implementation of strategies that achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield enhancement projects.
- resolve customer quality and application issues, and facilitates cross-functional teams for problem solving.
- take a leadership role to establish relationships with key contacts in TI wafer fabrication and assembly manufacturing sites to ensure strong communication and effective problem solving.
