The Carrier File Analyst works with various teams within WTW to perform testing, troubleshooting, reporting on carrier enrollment feeds, as well as work with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and internal reconciliation systems.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of delimited file formats, data transmission protocols, and Excel.
- Experience with SQL (SQL Server or other) and familiarity with ETL processes.
- Experience in advanced SQL queries or willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage/report on team systems as needed (PEGA, Jira, Confluence, ER Web tool, Funding Insight tool, Funding Management tool, etc.).
- Familiarity with Medicare or Individual Family Plans is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Help facilitate ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new carrier partners
- Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction
