Johnson & Johnson is seeking to mature its Reliability Program at the Raritan, NJ site to improve equipment functionality and process parameters, leading to more efficient and reliable healthcare solutions.
Requirements
- Extract and analyze production and failure data in order to generate valuable metrics essential for guiding program priorities and decision-making using internal AI tools.
- Identify and compile a comprehensive list of spare parts for critical assets in our Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS] by working with Original Equipment Manufactures [OEMs] and site project team members.
- Audit current and create new Preventative Maintenance plans for critical assets in partnership with OEMs and site Subject Matter Experts [SMEs].
Responsibilities
- Assist in maturing the Raritan, NJ site’s Reliability Program to achieve deliverables outlined in the roadmap.
- Collaborate with vendors, operators, technicians, and engineers to gain comprehensive insights into equipment functionality and process parameters, aiding in Non-Conformance investigations and Root Cause Analysis projects.
- Extract and analyze production and failure data in order to generate valuable metrics essential for guiding program priorities and decision-making using internal AI tools.
- Identify and compile a comprehensive list of spare parts for critical assets in our Computerized Maintenance Management System [CMMS] by working with Original Equipment Manufactures [OEMs] and site project team members.
- Audit current and create new Preventative Maintenance plans for critical assets in partnership with OEMs and site Subject Matter Experts [SMEs].
- Help streamline maintenance and facilities operations by assisting the team with various tasks such as contacting vendors, submitting forms, creating signage, and other miscellaneous duties.

- Majors preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Computer Engineering
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
- Currently pursuing a University degree, completing minimum undergraduate sophomore year prior to internship or co-op start date.
- Availability to work on site if the position requires it.
- Availability to work full time (40 h/w) for the entire co-op or internship.
- Having a graduation date after the contract end date.
