Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Developer to manage a caseload and assist clients through the Social Security Administration's appeals process, ensuring timely filing and effective communication with clients and legal teams.

- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines
- Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process
- Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) relating to your client’s claim
- Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim
- Review and Prepare RFH (request for hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams
- Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required
- Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney

- Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 11:00am- 7:30pm OR 9:00am - 5:30pm
