Carter Machinery Company is looking to manage, support, and optimize the use of Caterpillar's VisionLink platform for equipment fleet management to enhance equipment productivity and reduce downtime through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Experience with VisionLink platform
- Microsoft Excel
- CRM systems
- related software tools
- Familiarity with telematics, fleet management systems, or Caterpillar software systems
- Must be able to analyze telematics data, identify trends, and present actionable insights
- Manage multiple customers, subscriptions, and troubleshooting tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- managing, supporting, and optimizing the use of Caterpillar's VisionLink platform for equipment fleet management
- onboard customers
- provide training
- troubleshoot issues
- manage subscriptions
- ensure accurate telematics data flow
- acts as the primary liaison between clients, Caterpillar services, and internal teams
Other
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and problem resolution
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to function well in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel as needed, including overnight stays
