Requirements
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of both deep data work and compelling storytelling to influence decision-making.
- Ability to gather, clean, and analyze data.
- Ability to extrapolate insights from complex datasets and translate them into business-relevant recommendations.
- Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to highlight key trends and performance metrics.
- Ability to partner with customer business development teams to deliver insights that inform strategy and drive growth.
- Ability to tell a clear, concise, and persuasive story with data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
