BAE Systems' Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) group is looking to revolutionize electronic warfare for military aircraft by developing advanced electronic attack systems designed to disrupt adversary radar and communication networks, thereby strengthening national defense and giving warfighters an edge in contested environments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in object-oriented design, development practices, and implementation in C++
- Experience developing in Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with version control and collaboration tools (Git, Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration practices
- C-Sharp development
- Knowledge of real-time embedded systems, signal processing, SDRs, or RF communications
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced electronic attack systems designed to disrupt adversary radar and communication networks.
- Develop real-time mission software and advanced processing frameworks.
- Engage across the entire software lifecycle, from requirements definition through system integration and verification.
- Collaborate closely with Systems, Hardware, and Test engineers.
- Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation in the electromagnetic battlespace.
- Take ownership of critical software components as an individual contributor.
- Apply expertise to systems that safeguard U.S. forces in contested environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
