Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating tools, reports, and dashboards that improve visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business partners to test and roll out new processes and programs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to drive consistency across stores.
- Support execution of enterprise initiatives across multiple business units.
- Gain experience in project management and stakeholder communications.
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
- Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, innovative problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
