Oregon Tilth needs to oversee, optimize, and maintain the ECERT–Intact platform to ensure operational effectiveness, data integrity, and cross-departmental collaboration for its certification programs.

Requirements

  • Expert level experience with the ECERT–Intact platform
  • Strong technical proficiency in database administration, system configuration, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to effectively train and support diverse system users.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing system implementation and improvement projects.
  • Experience delivering and developing technical resources and training materials

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ECERT–Intact platform, ensuring system health, functionality, and security.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with IT and the platform vendor to address bugs, feature requests, and optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate and oversee system projects such as database rollovers, release testing, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data related to certified operations, inspections, findings, and certifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to protect data integrity and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports to support program performance monitoring and decision-making.

Other

  • Minimum five (5) years of technical experience in certification system administration, certification program operations, or a related technical role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of organic certification programs, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training, system implementation, or team meetings.
  • The role requires frequent virtual collaboration with internal staff and external partners.
