Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) is seeking a full stack engineering leader to drive the development and enhancement of products supporting Alternative Investments. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technology solutions through close collaboration with architects, technologists, and business partners. As a technical leader, you will play a critical role in resolving complex challenges, ensuring timely and accurate product launches, and contributing to Fidelity’s strategic expansion in the Alternative Investment space.
Requirements
- 15+ years of technical hands-on experience including Java API, web, and cloud technologies, with strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring, Servlets/JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, and Microservices architecture.
- 10+ years in Asset Management Technology, with exposure to Alternative Investments including Derivatives, Liquid Alts, and Private Equity.
- Deep understanding of API design and development, multithreading, Java design patterns, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and modern DevOps tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira).
- Proven ability to lead architecture and product roadmaps for large-scale, complex systems.

- BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
