DixinUSA is looking for a Web Chat Agent to interact with customers through live chat on their website to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless online experience, ultimately aiming to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and contribute to the success of their support operations.
Requirements
- Excellent typing and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions.
- Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools essential for customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to various customer scenarios.
- Basic technical knowledge or familiarity with troubleshooting common issues is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assist customers with product details, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the support system for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as technical support or sales, to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries or issues to help improve service quality and product offerings.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and technical knowledge.

- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a web-based environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
