The company is looking to train and hire new graduate traders who can contribute to their Options Market Making trading desks in Chicago. The goal is to develop individuals with strong quantitative skills and a competitive nature into profitable traders.
Requirements
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, VBA, SQL, R, C++ or C
Responsibilities
- Complete an intensive training programme run by our most talented traders, including theory training, education sessions, live-market trading, and programming courses.
- Learn the skills to trade with the latest available tools.
- Gain responsibility for the profit and loss of your book as soon as you are ready.
- Execute live trades within 3 months of starting.

- All Graduates will complete an initial 3-month training period in London. Upon completion of training, candidates will be relocate to our Chicago office to join Options Market Making trading desks.
