Hello Patient is looking to scale from seed to Series B+ and needs a strategic operator to manage cross-functional projects, build operational systems, and free up leadership to focus on customers, product, and growth.
Requirements
- Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Linear, and Outline to automate work and drive clarity
- Systems-thinking mindset
- Strategy-to-execution range
- Comfort building financial models and operational dashboards
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations
- Background in healthcare, AI, or enterprise SaaS
- Prior Chief of Staff or Founder experience
Responsibilities
- Own our back-office stack (Ramp, Rippling, Secureframe), implement lightweight budgets and compliance processes, and build systems that scale with us.
- Design operational systems.
- Execute strategic initiatives.
- Take on the high-impact projects that emerge—compliance workstreams, office expansion, process design, or whatever else needs to happen to keep us moving fast.
- Build our hiring engine.
- Drive recruiting forward when the team is heads-down on delivery.
- Manage vendor and partnership work.
