Arkadium is building the next-generation product-led games platform and needs a Chief Product Officer to define its product vision, own product P&L, and lead the creation of a platform that compounds growth through data, experimentation, and innovation. This role is to redefine what's next for Arkadium by connecting great content, intelligent data, and player joy into a sustainable, scalable ecosystem.
Requirements
- Have scaled product functions to $50M+ ARR or 100M+ users — ideally in gaming, consumer tech, or platform ecosystems.
- Have direct P&L ownership and think like a business builder, not just a PM.
- Have launched and scaled new products, ideally including data or analytics products.
- Operate at the intersection of vision and execution — you design systems that deliver results.
- Lead teams that ship, test, learn, and compound, not just deliver.
- Thrive on clarity, accountability, and insight-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Arkadium’s long-term product and platform strategy — where we win, and what we choose not to pursue.
- Architect Arkadium’s product operating system — clarity in roadmap, discipline in experimentation, and measurable velocity.
- Partner with the Games group to define the first-party roadmap: what to build, why, and how it impacts player growth and revenue.
- Partner with the Data group to uncover insights that fuel smarter product decisions and market wins.
- Launch new products, including data-driven and platform innovations that expand Arkadium’s footprint and monetization capabilities.
- Build and scale a world-class product organization — empowering leaders, setting standards, and driving ownership.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and founders to set strategic direction and align execution across the business.
