BerryDunn is looking to hire a Chief Transformation Officer to lead their enterprise-wide transformation journey, focusing on enhancing operational agility, client value, and long-term growth through high-impact initiatives that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.

- Deep understanding of emerging and enterprise technologies, digital strategy, and innovation trends.
- Fluency in data governance, data management and analysis, Big Data, predictive modeling, and responsible AI.
- Expertise in establishing and leading best practices in enterprise technology management, governance, and modernization.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead our enterprise transformation strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives that modernize service delivery, enhance digital capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic oversight of the IT function, ensuring a secure, scalable, and future-ready technology environment.
- Strengthen collaboration between technology and business teams to accelerate innovation and delivery of client-centric digital solutions.
- Oversee the EPMO to ensure disciplined execution, consistent governance, and alignment of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation by embedding emerging technologies into core business strategies and operations.
- Develop and execute the AI strategy.

- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts across technology, business process, and people.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise project management teams, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale initiatives.
- Skilled at leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing complex transformation portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- The base salary range targeted for this role is $230,000 to 270,000.
