Salas O’Brien is looking for a Civil Engineering Intern to gain hands-on technical experience and apply classroom knowledge to real engineering challenges, contributing to the design of lasting solutions for pressing challenges.
Requirements
- experience with Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Responsibilities
- take ownership of portions of various projects
- work in coordination with other engineering disciplines
- learn how a complete design package is developed
- apply engineering concepts
- CAD drafting skills
Other
- currently enrolled in a Civil or Environmental Engineering program at a four-year ABET LOCALuniversity or college
- able to work part-time, with a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 18 hours per week
- must have reliable transportation
- have a laptop with Windows operating system you can use
- Verification of US Citizenship required upon hire
